A
Reno County, Kansas Sheriff’s Deputy who came upon a vehicle with a
flat tire Saturday afternoon ended up arresting the driver on
marijuana charges. The driver, J.T. Lewis Rowe of Calhoun, Colorado,
told the deputy he had a flat tire and was waiting on assistance. As
the deputy talked to the driver through the passenger side window, he
smelled marijuana and asked to search the vehicle. Rowe told the
officer he previously had marijuana in the vehicle but it had been
seized by a Wichita Police officer when he was stopped the day before
and issued a citation for misdemeanor marijuana possession. The
deputy’s search turned up a gallon baggy with about a 3 ¼ ounces
of suspected pot, as well as a glass pipe with residue. Rowe told the
officer it wasn’t his marijuana, that he didn’t know it was in
the vehicle, and that his “in-laws were trying to frame him.” He
was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug
paraphernalia. (https://goo.gl/xx8X61)

Home
buyers hope their dream home has no major flaws, but sometimes
repairs are needed before the move-in date. You
expect the work to get done the right way, but as one home inspection
shows, looks can be deceiving. Josh Whitney is the owner of Done
Right Home Inspections. His job is to find any potential issues with
a home before it's sold. He literally uncovered fake repair work by a
contracting company. "They screwed a couple of exterior
outlet boxes over the original outlets and then taped pictures of GFC
outlets," said Whitney. "To tell you the truth, I've been
in the business a long time and that's the first time I've ever seen
it."A contractor was hired to replace the exterior outlets of a
home, but didn't do the work as promised. Whitney found out when he
went to test the

Firefighters
in Arizona are warning residents after a family in Buckey found
several rattlesnakes inside pool noodles, including some baby snakes.
The
family was getting ready to take a dip, and they grabbed two noodles
that were up against a wall. That's when a big snake popped
out of one of them and they found several babies inside. "It's
ungodly hot out - and snakes are just looking for somewhere to hide."
Greyson Getty's wrangled hundreds of them as a relocator with
Rattlesnake Solutions. He's come across snakes in pool toys before,
though never in a noodle. Still, he's not surprised. "They're
dehydrated - they haven't had a meal - and there's a damp pool noodle
in a dry desert - if I was a snake and I was dehydrated, I would go
to the pool noodle too." Generally speaking he says snakes like
dark areas ,especially corners. For them, a random stack of stuff can
be their paradise, and your nightmare. "Anything that a snake or
a rodent or a big can hide under - try to eliminate it. Try to keep
everything neat and tidy." If you can, he says, you should keep
your pool toys up high in the garage or in a closeable plastic
container. Somewhere they can't slither to and make your home theirs.
"The best thing you can do to prevent snakes - is prevent
snakes. So prevent their food, prevent their water, and prevent them
from even being able to getting
in."https://www.wate.com/news/national-world/warning-issued-after-snakes-found-inside-pool-noodle/1261736258?utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter_6News
MOMENT OF DUH:By LearnWithoutLoans.com (Find Funding For College)
San
Juan County deputies were called to a bizarre incident near
Bloomfield in late May when a woman told deputies a man she didn't
know was bleeding all over her porch. "He's
still got the arrow in his arm," said a dispatcher in the police
video. The man on the woman's porch turned out to be 38-year-old
Eric Tillerson. Deputies and paramedics say he had an
arrow lodged in his arm. "Does that hurt?" said a deputy to
Tillerson heard in police video as he moans in pain. Deputies
were trying to figure out what happened, and why someone had shot
Tillerson with a bow and arrow. As Tillerson was rushed to a
nearby hospital, deputies tracked his trail of blood back to the
scene of the crime. When they found themselves at another house, the
homeowner told them Tillerson had been coming by his home
throughout the day, making threats. He then said Tillerson later
hopped a fence and shot at a dog. That's when he pulled out his bow
and arrow and shot Tillerson in the arm. "How much pain are you
in?" a detective is heard asking Tillerson during an interview,
he replied, "Extreme. It f****** hurts man." At the
hospital, Tillerson bolted, but deputies found him soon after and
eventually sat him down to ask what happened. "I'm looking
for your side of the story," said a detective. Tillerson
said he did not know why the homeowner shot at him and claimed
he was good friends with the person who shot him. But deputies
weren't buying it. Surveillance video ended up connecting Tillerson
to an attempted break-in just days earlier at a Farmington home.
One town over, and one arrow through his arm later, deputies said
they had their guy. Tillerson has a long criminal history that
includes numerous charges for burglary and aggravated
assault.
